Mr. Philip Fomba Johnson assumed charge as 1st Secretary/Consul
of Liberia, Embassy of the Republic of Liberia, Dakar Senegal on 30th June
2011. Before joining the Liberian Foreign Service of Liberia in 2010,he served in several capacities at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Monrovia Liberia,
including Senior Principal Research Analyst, Liberian Foreign Service Institute
from 2006 to 2010, Research Assistant Bureau of Legal and Consular Affairs from
1992 to 2006,
Mr. Johnson also serves in other nonprofit and private sector initiatives,
including founder and 1st president of the Internet Society
Liberia chapter and Director of Trade and Industry, Liberia chamber of Commerce. Presently, as part of his public diplomacy initiatives, he provides
consultancy services with Eduford Afrique Services, an International Education
Agency in Dakar Senegal.
